Central Eastside Lofts

Residential development in Portland’s Central Eastside Industrial District has exploded in recent years, and our 70-unit mixed-use project in the lower Burnside area was the first. Opening on the heels of the completion of Portland Streetcar’s Eastside Loop, Central Eastside Lofts was filled with residents almost immediately. Common areas have a unique industrial character, fused with reclaimed materials from structures formerly located on the project site.

Residential units have floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot ceiling heights, and high-end finishes. Several small ground-floor retail spaces were created to cater to Portland’s burgeoning small business and artisan community.
The project was funded with private equity and a grant from Metro’s TOD program.
